Customers and Vendors

 Continue to strive for fair and equitable business in these areas.

Our customers must be treated with a positive approach to problems they may experience in utilizing our services profitably in their companies.  There is no such reason as "that is their problem" to allow us to provide less that outstanding product that is ready for their use when received from us.

 

Our vendors are equally as important to us and must be treated the same as our customers.  We should always make decisions that are best for us in the long run even if their performance is not satisfactory.  However, constant failure to produce is reason for disqualification just as our customers may do the same to us.

 

New Product and Business Development

We must continually look for new business opportunities that we may be able to develop based on potential repeat orders, profitability, and that we can develop within our budgetary capabilities.  This will mean that we must all be willing and capable of accepting these new challenges and even more importantly be willing to participate in any and all areas that we may be of service.

 

FUTURE VISION STATEMENT

We must implement the above goals, objectives and structure to provide for growth and stability for our future.  Once we secure all areas in the operations of our "ship" the future of our company and all those that are on board and that will come on board may soar to whatever heights we choose.
