Team Burrell has a wide array of manufacturing capabilities from prototype through full production runs including complete assembly, and secondary operations. We work closely with our customers, maintaining flexibility with our production control to provide a quick response to their changing needs. The Team is comprised of a multi-disciplined staff who welcomes challenge on a daily basis. Our MRP and Shop Floor Management Programs control internal costs and permit us to offer competitive pricing on every job. Team members constantly think outside the box with determination and creative solutions while keeping cost and quality in the forefront. We purchase material for sheet metal work and parts for sub-assemblies in the most economical quantities and sizes applicabable and pass the savings onto you, our customer. We provide Manufacturing and Metal Fabrication services for precision machined parts, tooling, and mechanical assemblies in low or high volume production quantities. Some of our typical material types are aluminum, steel, beryllium copper, acrylic, polycarbonate, nylon, rubber, phenolic, fiberglass, carbon fiber, and kevlar. Our facilities are located just 25 miles NW of Atlanta and 35 minutes from Hartsfield/Jackson International Airport. We have a 27,000 sq. ft. modern facility with 22 ft. clearance.
